Quality

The environments that parts made from our bushings are used in are often harsh with extreme temperatures, pressure differences, or corrosive chemicals. When your parts need to work in such demanding environments quality is very important. We use high quality resins primarily from US manufacturers. While we support PTFE recycling, our resins do not include regrind PTFE because we want to ensure the best mechanical and electrical properties we can provide.

Lead Time

When a part fails, the speed of getting replacements can make a big difference. Speed is one of our most important customer service values because we recognize how critical it is for the customers of our customers to get their parts on time. You’ll find our standard delivery lead times to be some of the best in the industry.

Combined Knowledge

Many of our employees have decades of experience in the PTFE compression molding industry. We also have access to decades of experience in manufacturing the types of parts most of our customers make via our parent company, Trigon Products.

Specialty Services

We’ve personally delivered bushings to customers up to 500 miles away that needed them faster than overnight commercial carriers could provide. We’ve loaded green bushings onto a trailer and driven to our vendor’s facility to borrow an oven for sintering in an emergency. Need a specialty bushing we don’t manufacture? We can outsource that for you. If you’ve got a situation that’s a bit out of the ordinary we’ll do our best to assist you.
